• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of Fitness/Wellness Center membership, including but not limited to, evaluating health forms, establishing orientation protocols, tracking members, and conducting renewals.• Create budget and monitor expenses against determined budget.• Assess health status of members, ranging from apparently healthy to high risk, to provide exercise and other wellness-related counsel/recommendations unique to each individual.• Perform weekly/monthly/annual responsibilities while maintaining proper documentation as requested by the client including but not limited to: Monthly Reports, Monthly Hours, Quality Assurance Requirements, Injury Reports, Program Attendance/Registrations, and Membership Applications.• Oversee implementation of Quality Assurance program; establish and maintain facility specific quality standards.• Teaches group exercise classes onsite; provides acceptable activities to meet fitness levels of participants; adheres to appropriate safety guidelines; keeps classes inviting, challenging, and popular.• Supervises the preventive maintenance and repair of exercise equipment; ensures facility cleanliness.

I provide corporate clientele with various services not limited to group fitness, individual fitness assessments, exercise prescription, personal training and blood pressure readings.Daily responsibilities include all of the following and more!• Assess health status of members, ranging from apparently healthy to high risk, to provide exercise and other wellness-related counsel/recommendations unique to each individual. • Create educational and program-specific print materials that are relevant and engaging to the clientele and that convey safe and accurate health information.• Teach group exercise classes onsite; provide a range of acceptable activities to meet various fitness levels of class participants; adhere to appropriate safety guidelines while keeping classes inviting and challenging.• Supervise fitness center and provide relevant training to accurately and safely answer member questions related to health, fitness, and well being through my education.• Supervise front desk and group fitness staff, creating monthly schedules for both groups of employees and completing the hiring process for front desk employees.• Send a monthly e-mail to all of the corporate clientele. As well as, sending out a NIFS monthly e-mail with a list of staff achievements.• Implement the National Institute for Fitness and Sport programs and services.• Establish ongoing positive and professional rapport with members.• Support special events within the community during business and non business hours.• Excel at customer service, work ethic, ingenuity, and attention to detail.• Hold the ACSM guidelines to their highest standards for assessing clients and providing workouts.• Instruct participants on proper exercise techniques, use a variety of strength training and aerobic training exercises to challenge and motivate members.• Determine member’s fitness interests and goals; record testing results; give feedback of exercise tests and individual fitness assessments.
