As an experienced educational leader with over a decade of experience in various roles, I am passionate about driving student success through innovative instructional strategies and leadership. I have served as a classroom teacher, Title I teacher, and instructional coach for a total of 9 years, where I led schoolwide and district-wide professional development to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes. Over the past 5 years, I have been an elementary Assistant Principal, focusing on fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.My expertise spans Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), Curriculum Mapping, and School Improvement Planning, with a strong emphasis on building Proficiency Scales and identifying Essential Learning Standards.
