Working closely with the residents, outside resources and city officials in five different areas of the city to help create safe and healthy neighborhoods. Working towards a sustainable outcome by implementing projects that are resident driven that will benefit all parties with a true vested interest.

As Director of the Neighborhood Development Department, I was responsible for maintaining the necessary reports needed for funding and tracking outcomes. Worked closely with the residents of each community as well as the city officials in working towards a common goal that each saw as a sustainable outcome.
