Lead the HR function for North America through partnership with our US and Canadian business and Global Shared Services team to evolve the people strategy and operations across the regions.This includes supporting leaders in achieving their recruitment targets, championing our employer brand, developing learning programs, building a pipeline of internal leadership talent, directing progressive compensation and benefits programs, and guiding our diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Lead the teams charged with enabling the transformation of a consumer grade people experience globally at Manulife. • Map the employee journey by prioritizing the moments that matter of greatest impact, applying Human Centered Design principles and establishment of various governance practices to ensure tight alignment to global strategy, agreed outcomes and drive efficiencies• Leverage and implement HR technology.
