Support the development, user adoption, and growth of CloudTracker, a cloud-native application for aggregating, analyzing, and optimizing C2S cloud costs and utilization.

Invent and implement solutions on multiple U.S. Government, law enforcement, and commercial client sites to solve complex analytic problems by integrating new technology, data sources, and the client’s existing resources. From the initial client meeting through the final solution deployment, this involves leading a matrixed team of analysts, engineers, and instructors to design and implement custom software configurations. I build and maintain strong relationships with my clients to gather and prioritize their requirements, oversee and execute on-site professional services operations, and generate future business opportunities. I work with data in all formats including structured, unstructured, and big data; and exploit it using temporal, graphical, statistical, and geospatial analytical tools. I use scripting with APIs to automate workflows and create tailored analytical functionality. This usually involves building connectors to third-party data sources. In the first half of 2018, in addition to my regular duties I led a small team to re-design the company’s Training portfolio to offer more efficient, scalable computer-based and instructor-led training courses for existing and new software products. I also designed a user feedback program, reference materials, and proficiency assessments to aid user adoption and establish a mechanism for collecting user metrics.

Invented and delivered solutions for a diverse customer base including the Intelligence Community, DoD, law enforcement, and commercial clients. Designed and implemented solutions for data modeling and analysis in supply chain, fraud, cyber, casino surveillance, social media, terrorism and global networks, human and wildlife trafficking, air targeting, threat finance and anti-money laundering, human terrain, forensic legal, audience, and corporate intelligence investigations. Worked directly with the software engineering and product management team to improve the user experience and increase adoption of the company’s software products. This included mocking up new UI/UX, creating new analytical functionality to help customers, creating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and identifying how to reproduce bugs for the engineering team. Routinely served as a sales engineer for the Business Development team. This required me to envision, develop, and deliver technical demonstrations to prospective clients after properly researching their organizations and needs.

All-source/targeting Intelligence Analyst providing direct intelligence support to Special Operations Forces Command Central Task Force (SOCCENT-TF). In this role I contributed to intelligence reporting and authored senior-level intelligence analysis, targeting packages, and lead development packages. This involved extensive collaboration with DoD, Law Enforcement, and IC interagency partners to pursue targeting operations. I expanded my team's capacity to provide intelligence support to our operational units by developing and applying new methods for research and network analysis. I worked on multiple large datasets containing structured and unstructured data using a variety of IC and commercial software tools, including Palantir, i2 Analyst's Notebook, and Semantica Pro.Also served as SOCCENT-TF Liaison Officer to the local Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) field office: provided all-source intelligence support to ongoing law enforcement operations in support of the SOF mission.

Supported DoD clients by conducting all-source research and publishing original qualitative and quantitative analysis on topics relevant to U.S. policy and defense interests abroad. My assessments and actionable recommendations informed national-level policy makers and military planners, with focus on Middle Eastern, Asian, African, and transnational areas of responsibility.I received the Director of National Intelligence's Meritorious Unit Citation for outstanding analytic work during the Arab Spring (2011).
