Developed and administered projects for : Ministry of State Security, Ministry of Defence, Ekurhuleni Municipality, RedBull and Telkom. Worked as a news analyst for local and international clients such as; MolsonCoors, Xcel Energy, Experian, Telkom and Hormel Foods. This includes, learing and using specialised software, compiling and curating daily news reports, adhearing to strict client requests and daily deadlines.

Trained in London for a year on Cision’s proprietary software (CisionPoint). During this time I also liaised with head office for the aggregation of bespoke news content for large clients for further media analysis of uniquely curated reports.

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance. Manage phone calls and e-mail correspondence. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.

Researched and connected with relevant journalists in order to build a database of contact details for media personnel. Compiled monthly newsletter of industry changes and ranked websites. Managed client requests and queries, troubleshooting, training others on software specifics ( Cision Reference Data System), server integration, quality control.
