I am a self employed Personal Trainer. I constructed my business, Colemine Muscle in 2010 with my husband, as a Strongman Training Corporation. Within a year, I had become a full time personal trainer; conducting many individual and group sessions. Throughout the years, life, family and children happened which has now changed my focus to a new way of living and training. While I make this new exciting step to further my career, knowledge and foundation; I am still an active personal trainer.
