Manage preparation of pre-award program for US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Apache Project Office.

Professor for Services Acquisition to include CON 090 FAR Fundamentals, CON 280 Source Selection and Services Contracting, and ACQ 265 Services Acquisition. Provide Services Acquisition Workshops to assist Government offices on preparing the Performance Work Statement and other process for a large system procurement. Perform Mission Assistance for DoD customers to assist with the contracting process.
