As Marketing Manager of Ready Bake I work from Head Office at our manufacturing plant where we produce premium quality pastry products. I work closely with the National Business Manager & State Sales Managers to develop sales & marketing strategies for implementation throughout Australia and in overseas markets. My role is widely varied offering diverse opportunities to market our product, support our sales team, and help meet the needs of our customers.

As Marketing Coordinator at Ready Bake I was responsible for coordinating all marketing activities to promote our premium quality pastry products. One of the biggest highlights of this role was the opportunity to work closely with the Ready Bake Team of Chefs. Together we coordinated product photo shoots to capture inspirational ideas to excite and motivate our customers. Our product photos are used throughout our marketing & advertising activities and in particular in our Product Catalogue, which is regarded as one of the most visually appealing in the industry.As my first role in the food service industry, and in corporate level marketing, I was exposed to some very exciting new concepts, assumed a higher level of responsibility, and had fantastic opportunities to extend my professional network.

As Brand Champion, I embodied the City Toyota brand. I supported it, promoted it, and protected it. I educated people about the brand (both external & internal) and built brand equity. It was my role to ensure every member of the organisation believed in the City Toyota brand and all goals and initiatives were consistent with the brand promise.I managed the marketing and promotion of the dealership and reported directly to the General Manager. I was responsible for the generation of new ideas and identification of opportunities in the marketplace to differentiate the brand and build brand loyalty.

In this position, I coordinated marketing activities across the four Salters dealerships reporting to the General Manager of each dealership. My role was heavily digitally based and allowed me to gain experience in SEO, SEM, website & mobile app design and social media marketing. I had the opportunity to work with the Fiat Chrysler Group, representing the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Fiat & Alfa Romeo brands, and Ateco Automotive, representing the Great Wall brand. This role also gave me the opportunity to develop new relationships and expand my professional network.

In this entry-level position, I received comprehensive AHG training on various aspects of automotive marketing. My role was to coordinate marketing activities across all departments of the dealership in consultation with department heads. I took directives from State Operations and reported directly to the Dealer Principal. This position provided me the opportunity to gain experience in different markets across Brisbane and the Gold Coast and to build a strong network of contacts across various marketing suppliers, media outlets, advertising agencies and merchandise suppliers. I had the opportunity to work with several manufacturers including: Subaru, Mitsubishi, Peugeot, Suzuki and Kia.
