HR, Office, and Marketing Manager for 35-employee Managed Services Provider. Responsible for all areas of HR and Marketing, in addition to managing the Operations team which includes purchasing and procurement. Heavy involvement with external vendors and marketing groups, including the local chamber of commerce and nationally recognized peer groups. Attend and facilitate local career fairs, trade shows, and industry-specific functions.

Served as interim HR Manager during incumbent's maternity leave. Responsible for supporting over 150 employees at 8 locations in the US and Canada. Policy implementation and enforcement, HRIS, ACA reporting, worker's compensation, benefits administration, and C-suite liaison. Managed the payroll process and payroll coordinator.

Managed several internal programs, responsible for generating reports on recruiting activity across all locations, and served on various recruiting committees involving senior leadership at the firm.

Served as benefits administrator for the firm, while also servicing clients on their benefits administration. Conducted market studies on all levels of benefit programs, facilitated communication with insurance companies, and presented findings to clients on a regular basis. Handled all claims and billing issues for clients, including Chernoff itself.

Responsible for recruitment of administrative positions at all library locations, and support of senior recruiting staff in the HR department. Participated in career fairs and trade shows, and managed company-wide implementation of new photo ID cards.
