Born in Rotorua, New Zealand, I have always had a sense of adventure, chasing something different and challenging. I graduated from AUT in 2005 as a Physiotherapist. I have a passion for travel, developing countries and helping those less privileged. After living and working in Australia and the UK, travelling to 70 countries in between, I returned to NZ to set up my own Physiotherapy practise where I wanted to focus on rural areas that did not otherwise have a service. Growing up on a dairy farm myself, I knew of the hardships of rural living, with physical jobs and often a lack of time to seek treatment for injuries which can have a downward spiral effect. Our company now has 13 clinic across the country. We recruit predominantly internationally due to physios being in the job shortage list in New Zealand. We offer an amazing package with full wrap-around service and support with the whole international process. We offer help, support and guidance with the registration process and visa application, relocation and fully furnished accommodation packages, vehicles and CPD packages. All in a four day working week. We have options to rotate throughout the country in our different clinic locations which provides a stimulating environment for Physios who love what they do and have a sense of adventure! If you are interested in working in an environment like this, check out our website for more details www.physiodirectnz com/physiotherapist-job-vacancies-new-zealand/
