Duties:Monitoring service level in the call center on the Solidus eCare phone systems and frequently looking at ways to improve customer service.Managing staff and providing them with KPI's and performance reviews targeting customer service and team building.Understanding and monitoring budgets and liaising with marketing and sales managers to find new ways to increase sales. Allocating daily jobs and workloads.Training new team members.Enforcing all company approved polices and procedures.Constantly looking for ways to improve processes.Implementing new initiatives and making sure all staff understand them.Taking action to correct and staff shortcomings.Managing and monitoring staff attendance.Giving prompt and accurate information on individual staff member performance.Running team meetings including toolbox & start of shift meetings.Ensuring a clean, safe and friendly working environment and adhering to the companies Zero Harm policy.During this time a new online shop was rolled out across the business, the staff in my team played a key role in managing online orders and processing customer feedback. I ensured that staff were trained and competent in the online shop management and that this new challenge went smoothly.I've enjoyed this role immensely as I originally started working in the call center with Midland Brick in 2008 and leading to a management role has been a fantastic opportunity.
