I work for HelloFresh as an International Learning and Content Manager within the International Customer Care team. Within my role I am the owner of our learning and knowledge management platforms and responsible for our L&D strategy across multiple contact centres and markets. I support multiple functions in business critical projects by developing learning and knowledge management content for our contact centre staff as well as promoting continuous improvement through data-driven decision making when it comes to employee learning opportunities. I have been involved in external stakeholder management with large providers in various locations. I have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to be involved in the D&I committees for both the UK and International HelloFresh offices, playing a part in educating HelloFresh staff on the importance of D&I, helping to maintain and further develop an inclusive and equitable culture. I am extremely proud of my completion of my Level 5 CIPD in Learning and Development, but my most notable career achievement was being named in the UK Learning Technologies Thirty Under 30 and representing the cohort on Learning TV. I’m proud to have a side hustle of being the Head Coach of the University of Sussex Netball squads. My passion for learning and development began at a young age of 13 when I started volunteering at my netball club as a coach and team manager. This progressed into coaching for club, school, performance pathways and university. I also founded Woodside NC, a grass roots club with my mother that provides all with access to netball and exercise.Last but not least, my most important job, I am a mum to my beautiful daughter Madilyn who was born in October 2021.
