Strategically supporting Scripture Union's ministry development which includes and is not limited to facilitating new product development, social media communications, sports and children's ministry training, promotions and marketing, development and convening of the Canadian Sports Ministry Coalition, supervising the outreach and training coordinator, ministry reports, networking and partner relations (locally, nationally and globally).

Develop and lead summer internship and LIT programs. Develop resources and coordinate summer camps with churches across Canada. Develop all promotional resources and marketing plans for SU ministries. Mentor young leaders and former interns throughout the year.
