The primary role is to prospect for new clients by networking, or other means of generating interest from potential clients and then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company by working with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.Developing a rapport with new clients and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. Also working towards the growth and retaining existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to client’s day on day basis.Strategic planning towards identifying potential clients and the decision making within the client organization by contacting within our market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities for new business coming in to the company.Working with the mid and senior level management, marketing and technical staff to manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for the companyResearching and building relationships with new clients and meeting potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging our network.

Working in Business Development we are involved in pitching and presenting at boardroom level. This could include presentations to HR (Human Resources) departments and will require meticulous planning and proposal writing.
