I was part of the Transactional Services Team based in Manchester which provides a broad range of assistance to all departments across the three AG sites. Work is allocated to thisteam in order to provide clients with a more cost and time effective in house service. Tasks included e-disclosure exercises, data-room management, working with Property Deeds.

As a fee earner for the Commercial and Financial Litigation department my role involved handling a caseload of debt recovery matters for a leading Asset Finance client. My case load included matters from pre action right through to enforcement of judgments and monitoring of payments. I gained experience in instructing counsel, negotiating.

Part of a customer service team which consistently meet sales targets and exceeded customer expectations. I was able to develop excellent communication skills dealing with customer enquiries and complaints. My role involved delivering excellent customer service, cash handling, and stock taking, and collating daily, weekly and monthly figures when required..

I worked on IP research projects and commercial litigation matters as required by the partners. The firm is a niche practice specialising in Intellectual Property litigation and management.

I actively sought and secured promotional contracts with various agencies across the North West. As a brand ambassador I was required to approach and engage members of the public at events, shopping centres and in store to successfully promote products or services. This role allowed me to use and develop my interpersonal skills and I really enjoyed.

Responsible for a team of 4 counsellors, 18 horses, and 15-30 children at any one time. As part of my role I devised and implemented a variety lessons, games and trail rides for children and teenagers. I would help in other areas of camp life, such as in the kitchens or setting up activities, whenever I had spare time.

I successfully managed the promotional activities of Jack Daniels at Durham University. My role involved planning and organising various events and in store promotions throughout the academic year, and negotiating & securing advertisement on Purple FM and in Durham 21 online student magazine by way of competitions.
