Tasks included e-disclosure exercises, data-room management, working with Property Deeds and searches, drafting legal documentation and assisting with case bundles.I was selected to be seconded to the London office for three months to assist a partner in the commercial property department. My role was to project manage a vast due diligence exercise for a leading Bank whilst learning how to draft various documents that are required by the commercial property team on a regular basis. Upon my return to the Manchester office I supervised a team of paralegals in drafting and preparing documents requested by fee earners from the commercial property department in London. Show less

My case load included matters from pre action right through to enforcement of judgments and monitoring of payments. Responsible for a team of 4 counsellors, 18 horses, and 15-30 children at any one time. As part of my role I devised and implemented a variety lessons, games and trail rides for children and teenagers. I would help in other areas of camp life, such as in the kitchens or setting up activities, whenever I had spare time.
