Position Summary: Coordinates & facilitates the Graphic Services print and digital order fulfillment for Valassis Clients. Utilizes proper process and appropriate tools and techniques to meet client and vendor requirements. Communicates and educates internally and externally on standard Graphic Services process. Prioritizes, with minimal direction, client program objectives and effectively balances internal resource/external capabilities, as required.Key Duties / Responsibilities: Project Scheduling: • *Manage allocation of print and digital work to production team, finding efficiencies where possible and managing costs effectively.• *Manage daily scheduling, including understanding workload capacities, artist skill sets and competing client priorities• *Proactively manages both internal and external resources.Internal Contact:• Acts as Subject Matter Expert for Graphic Services processes and procedures.• Effectively communicate workload priorities to internal teams and cross-hub partners.• Serve as point of contact for cross-functional partners; provide feedback to improve clarity on communicationClient and External Contact:• Utilize knowledge of products and knowledge of print to offer solutions to internal partners and external clients.• Review and clarify client art instructions/order details as necessary to ensure efficient desktop processing• Manage vendor communicationProject Facilitation:• Manage adherence to vendor deadlines; partner cross-functionally to ensure commitments are met.• Utilize multiple internal systems effectively to ensure efficient processing of orders.Issue Resolution:• Investigates and resolves issues for job-related tasks and owns the escalation of issues as appropriate until resolved.• Effectively collaborates with internal partners, clients and vendors to find the best solution.• Communicates and positions information on challenging situations to internal partners, clients and vendors.

• Acts as point of contact and coordinates directly with Clients, Vendor resources, Sales Directors, and Client Coordinators on custom print orders. Provides recommendations, as necessary, on products, schedules and project design. Manages art instruction, proofs and gains client approval. Troubleshoots client issues and proactively develops solutions. Negotiates with internal Manufacturing and/or vendors on project scheduling, expedited requests, and custom product recommendations/execution. • Responsible for managing print orders from the sales order, coordination of graphics specifications, negotiation and execution of print scheduling, and billing reconciliation. • Investigates and resolves issues for job-related tasks and owns the escalation of issues as appropriate until resolved.• Collaborates and communicates clearly with other departments to ensure client deadlines are met. Translates client’s needs and directs internal departments to meet client’s expectations.

• Act as the full Client Point of Contact for assigned account load, which included but was not limited to: Baja Fresh, La Salsa, Captain D’s, Checkers / Rallys, Flame Broiler, Vocelli’s, and Culver’s.• Communicate with Sales, Client Services, Graphic Services, and Operations as needed to resolve internal and external client issues.• Order maintenance, enter customer orders, and perform customer analysis.• Production coordination, including researching of copy issues & shortages, preparing change notices, etc.• Notify Sales of print shortages, customer account profile changes, etc. • Account or profile maintenance.• Assist Sales in the execution of client programs as defined by the standard Service Level Agreements.• Creation/maintenance of permanent profiles.• Client facing meetings and weekly calls.• Maintain base of Valassis knowledge on Valassis products, services, and promotions.

• Work directly on the following accounts: Pizza Hut, Long John Silver’s, Taco Bell, KFC, A&W, McDonald’s, Ford Quick Lane, Fantastic Sams, TGI Friday’s, Global Media and Fitness 19. • Responsibilities include working directly with the sales force, art agencies, and clients to obtain and enter orders, running reports, creating spreadsheets for client convenience, gaining client art instructions, and art images.• Resolve all order and art issues that arise to ensure the client’s ad is built to their specifications and all distribution is order as requested. This includes constant contact with the clients or agencies.• Initiate contact with the printer to obtain proof of delivery to locate copy in time for product insertion. • Create and modify program planners for custom programs. Including coordinating press dates with printers and graphics print to set up a schedule for building and proofing of ads to ensure the ad is built and completed by the specified dates put in place by the printer.• Create and maintain all spreadsheets for custom programs and email to printer to guarantee the correct amount of copy is printed and sent to our branches and franchisees for insertion.
