Worked as an Assignment Manager for nurses that were currently on assignment with the company. I handled any payroll, insurance, and credentialing issues. I tracked credentials to make sure everything is up to date including licenses, certifications, and health documents. I assisted in finding labs for physicals, drug screens, etc. and also assisted with finding CPR, ACLS, NRP classes, etc. when needed. I tracked timesheets, help to resolve any payroll issues and act as a liaison between the nurses and the payroll and insurance departments. I provided general customer service to the nurse to resolve any issues that may arise. I managed approximately 100-150 nurses at one time in a very fast paced environment.

I worked in a large call center environment and took an average of 100 calls per day. I helped foreign educated nurses get licensed in the U.S. by meeting certain requirements needed by the Board of Nursing in the state they were trying to get licensed in. Services included visa screen, credential evaluation, CGFNS exam, etc. I worked as a liaison between the nurse and the credentialing department.
