Through process mapping, improvement, andsimplification, I transformed GSK’s Performance and Talent end to end processes and established systems, integrating Workday and Service Now. Through restructures, partnerships, large-scale or niche trainings, and new performance and talent systems and processes, I have been instrumental in creating an adaptable, inclusive and quick-thinking employee environment. As a HR team leader, I lead matrixed teams with integrity, accountability, and positive customer experience to the workplace environment.For all these years, I have had the privilege of working alongside both incredible leaders andemployees who introduced a high-level standard of knowledge and skills that I that I haveincorporated into my work processes.
