• Front line support that responds to client inquiries relating to Checking, Retirement, Savings, Time Deposit products and features of the core system• Documents all appropriate information into case tracking system• Responds to client inquiries on reports regarding applications, procedures and system generated reports• Answers customer inquiries regarding system use and procedures• Researches client issues by reviewing system documentation, testing, user manuals, and industry websites• Assists clients with processing routine transactions and maintenance needed to resolve issues• Document system and/or procedural changes and communicates information to client; often training clients on functionalities

Supports the Call Center, Internal help line, Loan Phone Applications, Video Teller, Branch network, secure messaging and chat. • Knowledgeable in all aspects of credit union products and services in relation to member utilization• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and listening skills• Writes and publishes articles pertaining to products, services, and procedures for training material and self-help tools for both branch and supporting staff

• Performs teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, inquiries, payments, transfers and check depositing or cashing• Proficient in responding to secured email/chat inquiries include: general inquiries, transactional inquiries, and technical support.

• Responsible for answering a large volume of calls on a wide variety of topics and issues ranging from:• Online banking and bill pay resolutions• Loan questions and research• Disputes and fraud claims• Handling and resolving IRA and CD inquiries• Processing of transactions and payments• Membership and rate information• Handling member complaints/compliments• Assisting in shared efforts with Training and Development on creating internal/external articles• Actively cross-sells products and services and educates members on features and benefits by building strong relationships• Provided onsite training for new hires

• Assists with daily duties such as processing night drop, balancing of ATM's, vault, coin machine, along with buying and selling cash shipments• Orders branch supplies• Proficient with the FIS Miser system, and cross training• Opening and performing account maintenance• Promoting teamwork• Provided onsite training for new hires
