At the present time, I am a Senior Client Manger at Newfront. Formerly I was with HUB International/Tevis Insurance Solutions where I manage an average of 105 clients and many carrier relationships. I was with HUB International/Tevis Insurance Solutions for 7 years and have been a receptionist, an eligibility department, member service representative, Associate Account Manager, Account Executive ( for 5.5 years). I have been responsible for marketing, creating proposals, face to face meetings with clients and employees, as well as all the day to day management of accounts (billing issues, eligibility, contract changes.....). I also manage an assistant who supports my role as a Senior Client Manager. I have 16 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry. I started at Health Net in the IFP billing department. I wrote a procedure manual for the entire department and trained the new staff to take over when they moved it from California to Connecticut. I also spent a few years at Blue Shield of CA where I was a customer service rep for mostly CalPers employees where I assist members with claims, benefits and eligibility. Before my move to HUB International/Tevis Insurance Solutions I worked for a small brokerage called Hillenbrand Insurance Services where I started out as a customer services rep and was quickly promoted to Account Manager.
