Managed multi-national accounts with an average billing of $150k per month. Duties included planning and coordinating activities for Voice and Data IP Services. Accountable for overall end-to-end project implementation. This included managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, providing status updates to the customer and multiple teams involved. All functions completed while focusing on scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work being managed.

Served as project manager for business accounts with an average billing of $100k per month. Order management for leased line services from initiation to turn-up. Interfaced with internal and external partners to complete customer requests.
