I was responsible for posting all sales into accounting. I also did compliance as well as managing and solving problems.

I am responsible for handling information regarding motor vehicle registration and processing legal documents and other state required documents. I am administratively adept and organized with handling files and maintaining documents. I ensure title documents are correctly completed. I am also responsible for getting warranty paperwork to the appropriate agency. I check for accuracy in all documents, including completeness and signatures on all required parts of forms. State regulations may change periodically so I must constantly keep abreast of changing regulatory information by monitoring DMV communications to ensure that their practices align with updated regulations.

I am new to sales but have approximately 2 and half years experience in the automotive industry. I went from a cashier, to a title clerk at the first dealership and ended up getting back in the business at Lia Toyota of Colonie. I worked the front desk there and became curious about the sales aspect of the business. I returned to the first dealership, New Country Ford, Subaru and Mazda. I am very grateful to management there for giving me a chance to take a risk. Working at New Country is the risk that paid off the most. I am a sales and leasing consultant there and am learning more everyday. I am articulate with my paperwork, and am working hard to learn the process and become more successful. I obtain a friendly and trusting rapport with my customers, and am able to build relationships. I work hard and continue to grow each day.

At Lia I was in responsible for the front desk, being the first person to greet the customer. I also did all Toyota Certified vehicle paperwork, stocked in new vehicles and billing. I was also able to do the delivery paperwork with the customers when their salesperson was busy.
