I lead a team of Account Development Consultants as they retain and grow Large Market/Global clients, while focusing on maintaining and increasing profitabililty.

• Serve as payments expert for all corporate payments solutions within portfolio to deliver growth and retention efforts within a set of accounts
• Engage, develop and strongly influence relationships across multiple levels within the client’s organization to influence program growth and retention.
• Engage and partner with Sales partners to support accelerating growth opportunities
• Manage multiple projects with varied complexities while calibrating and prioritizing efforts to drive immediate impact on CV opportunities
• Influence and innovate to overcome complex client barriers, resolve escalated issues, and manage internal stakeholders.
• Lead and develop account plans, business partnership reviews, pricings, and proposals with the ability to negotiate and present to key decision makers.

Analyze massive datasets to help formulate strategic insights and recommendations · Assist the project team with developing compelling presentation of those insights and recommendations · Identify opportunities to improve analytical approach to drive efficiencies and improved insights · Participate in internal initiatives that help to grow our business.
