I started in early years when i left school at 16 years old. I joined Little Pals Nursery as an apprentice and completed both my level 2 and level 3 training. From there i worked up from apprentice to keyperson to room leader. I continued training and completed my safeguarding level 3 officer training and level 3 senco training. I became Deputy Manager , safeguarding level 3 and senco at Little pals before then becoming Operations manager. Covering all the different roles of the years i feel i have a good hands on experience that i can share with my team and support them effectively. I also became a mental health first aider during covid to help support my team in the best way possible.
