In the Human Resources Department at Roche Bros, I manage recruiting needs for our Store Support Center and our 20 store locations. As a Head Resident Assistant, I oversee a staff of 6 Resident Assistants and report to my Resident Director. I serve as a support system for my Resident Assistants and aid them in scheduling, programming, and policy enforcement.

As a Resident Assistant to first-year students, I assist in the transition process from high school to college life for incoming students. My main duties include the facilitation of educational and social programs to engage residents, conducting mandatory health and safety checks of the residence hall, and completing weekly hours on duty as a resource to residents in need of any assistance.

As an office assistant in the Office of Residence Life I am responsible for answering emails on behalf of the office, scheduling appointments for students, managing phone calls with questions from students and families, and completing any office tasks that need to be done. As a Store Executive Intern, I worked alongside a team of executives for 10 weeks to assist in managing the North Dartmouth Target store. I analyzed business metrics in each area of the store in order to guide the team to drive sales. I was able to lead team members by serving as their Leader on Duty to facilitate store operations. As the leader on duty, I managed and problem solved any issue on the sales floor while prioritizing customer service. Throughout the program, I trained in management of Sales Floor, Logistics, Guest Experience, and Human Resources.

At American Eagle, I worked as both a sales associate and cashier for over 4 years. I was trained in customer service, sales, and inventory management. I gained strong communication skills from interacting with customers, and was able to multitask on the sales floor.

For 2 summers I worked for 8 weeks as a day-camp counselor at Kids Cafe summer camp. I oversee a group of 25-30 second-grade students and facilitate different activities for them throughout the day! Activities include arts and crafts, cooking, field games, swimming, and gym sports.
