Wrote 200+ page user guide for a product that had not been documented for years. Edited existing guides and variety of other documents for internal and external audiences. Developed standard template for exporting help files to Microsoft Word with minimal reformatting, saving team significant effort during user guide releases.

Taught high school students math, science, English, and test-taking strategies, both in individual and small group environments. Worked with approximately 100 students, spending ten weeks or more with each student.
