Assisting FM Director with and/all requests, operating a multiple phone system, scheduling Civic Center rental events, creating work orders from service requests, ordering supplies, overseeing project reports and documents for review, receiving and posting payments for Civic Center rentals on the American Data System, invoicing for Utilities and building rentals, overseeing inventory list, problem solving with complaints, and any other duties requested by my FM Director or FM Supervisor.
