Initial phases of expansion plan have been implemented.VOLUME INCREASES (Washington Adventist Hospital): Built relationships with local physicians and showcased top performance in cardiac quality metrics driving increase in procedure volume of 1.5% year-over-year for 5 years, turning around lagging cardiac volume trend.CLINICAL PERFORMANCE METRICS (Washington Adventist Hospital): Launched performance programs and drove 5% decrease in bleeding complications post PCI, 25% decrease in superficial sternal wound infections, 10% decrease in acute kidney injury, and 10% increase in PCI cases deemed "appropriate."
