I hold a profound appreciation for lifelong learning and recognize the significance of offering flexible educational pathways. Throughout my professional career, I have coordinated services and managed resources to implement sustainable programs that meet individual objectives and accomplish long-term goals. As a passionate not-for-profit leader, I possess the unique capability to translate day-to-day operational activities into comprehensive strategic plans. During my tenure on the board of directors and as the president of PAWS of CNY, Inc., I played a pivotal role in steering the organization toward financial stability and operational sustainability. Notably, our efforts led to substantial growth and the acquisition of multiple small foundation grants, facilitating the enhancement of our policies and systems.As an educator with a strong focus on student-centered learning, I have leveraged my expertise to cultivate a nurturing environment where students can thrive. I've taken charge in designing curricula, developing training programs, and providing mentorship across various positions I've held.
