These projects are subject to federal and state regulations (including those of MA, NH, CT, DE, MD, NY, MI, PA, OR and WA) and are at various stages in the site investigation and/or remediation process.She is also an active participant in the local North Atlantic Chapter of the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC), having recently completed her post as past president of the board of directors.Ms. Nelson has been involved with environmental policy and ecology and management studies through her academic experience with The Ministry of Fisheries in New Zealand.
