To work along side the archivist making available 100 filmed interviews created by the National HIV Story Trust and to participate in outreach work including facilitating creative workshops with academics and service users of Positively UK and to participate in the organisation and delivery of a celebratory reception to mark the end of the project aimed at the depositors, service users and academics

The project was funded by the Welcome Trust's Research Resources grant stream and involved cataloguing the archive and compiling a database of over 15,000 clinical files supported by a thesaurus of appropriate terminology, in close liaison with the depositor. In addition to cataloguing I also assisted with the promotion of the project to the academic and clinical research community by being part of the organisation (and speaking at) a one day conference organised jointly with the Trust at LMA and also collaborating with other archive professionals especially in regard to skill sharing in undertaking such a unique project and managing dealing with processing such sensitive data

Sole project archivist cataloguing the archives from the King Edward's Hospital Fund for London, now The King's Fund. The project was funded by the Wellcome Trust's Research Resources grant stream and required the appraising, sorting and cataloguing of several separate deposits of records from the Fund, running in total to around 133 linear metres of archives and the re-arrangement of previously catalogued earlier deposits to meet modern cataloguing standards and the successful integration of the new deposits. The cataloguing work included creating descriptive elements, such as scope and content notes and appraisal and accrual information, in line with ISAD(G) data elements, entering and editing data into LMA's electronic cataloguing system. Also an important part of the project was maintaining contact with the depositor, identifying archives for use in social media and other promotional activities and organising and hosting public sessions about the collections
