About Amy Simpson

I advise real estate lenders, commercial mortgage loan servicers, special servicers, and co-lenders on all aspects of commercial real estate lending, with an emphasis on loan origination and servicing matters. I have experience representing clients with loan originations, loan modifications, assumptions, and other servicing matters affecting securitized and non-securitized commercial mortgage loans. In the summer of 2023, I helped open the Dallas office of Seyfarth and am the office managing partner. We are actively expanding and recruiting a team to serve Dallas based clients and those doing business in Texas. Come join us!
