Manage all Division Directors (Business, Housing, Workforce and Economic Mobility), finance, communications and support teams to ensure the organization accomplishes annual goals and strategic initiatives on time and within budget.

Helped lead a department of 1200 public works professionals.

Hired first as Intergovernmental Coordinator to represent City before other local, regional, state and federal governments, then promoted to Policy Advisor to advise City Council and City Manager on transportation, land use and other key issues.
