With over 25 years of experience in operations management, I have built a career on leading teams, managing fleet and equipment service operations, and optimizing business processes across various industries. Over the past year, I’ve expanded my focus, launching two successful ventures: AStar Mechanical Enterprises and AStar Management Enterprises.As the Managing Partner of AStar Mechanical Enterprises, I oversee a company specializing in Home Energy Auditing and 3D Virtual Modeling. We offer energy-efficient solutions, including HVAC design, energy calculations, blower door testing, duck leakage testing, and 3D virtual modeling services, helping clients optimize energy use and visualize their projects.At AStar Management Enterprises, we provide a range of business consulting services, including fleet management consulting, equipment management, service department management, technology integration and automation, bookkeeping, marketing, data entry, and custom projects. Our goal is to help businesses streamline operations and achieve sustainable growth. We also manage an e-commerce division, selling stock photos and products, as well as my children’s book series, The Adventures of Deus and Coln.Prior to founding these companies, I led operations at a leading concrete specialty provider, where I managed a team of 15 and the maintenance of over 500 vehicles and equipment. My implementation of a fleet management system improved safety and compliance while reducing service costs by 20%.
