I have 10 years of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis. Eight of those years are in autism treatment, and two years are in behavioral gerontology. I have completed the 8-hour supervision training required by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) to be able to provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs. I have excellent writing skills and strong interpersonal and computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Rethink). I enjoy using my behavior analytic skills to improve the independence and well-being of my clients. To accomplish this, I collaborate with team members to review client progress and develop interventions as needed to improve client progress. I am detail-oriented and write treatment plans that insurance case managers have praised for the high-quality writing and treatment goals for clients. I use supervision time to provide ongoing training to RBTs to improve their clinical skills and verify treatment fidelity of client programs.
