o Spearheaded a project for Product Integrity studying the effect of different light sources on Nike Colors.o Reviewed previously achieved colors on multiple substrates in LED 3500K lighting.o Analyzed data to have a better understanding of direction of flare, or any present metamerism, and if it mimics any other light source Nike currently uses to approve color.

o Supported Color Developers in accessing color risks for inline category assortments to uphold Nike quality standards.o Responsible for updating the Achievability Tracker in order to communicate all lab dip approvals, rejections and drops to the Liaison Office Colorists.o Reviewed lab dips from vendors to ensure they are achieving Nike Standards for color and color fastness. o Ran risk assessment on multiple categories’ seasonal line plans, focusing on risky substrate and color combinations, color-blocking, and items matching back to each.o Navigated PPS and PIM to run style checks in order to determine critical matches and color fastness risks.o Managed all filing and archiving of lab dips in order to reduce time spent by developers pulling lab dips for re-review.o Produce monthly metrics for measuring lab dips and turn time to report to team and management.

 Managed 41 teams competing in Red Bull Flugtag Portland, the largest Red Bull brand building event in the nation (86,000+ spectators). Worked with a large cross -functional event marketing team to coordinate the most successful Red Bull Flugtag to come to Portland, Oregon. Responsible for managing application process and organization of all applicants by category, as well as receiving and responding to all Flugtag inquiries. Assist to actively recruit pilots during targeted direct marketing phase through Wings Team missions, past participant emails, personal recruiting missions and targeting Opinion Leaders. Manage Red Bull Flugtag Facebook page Maintain constant contact and build relationships with selected teams throughout building phase. Collaborate with RB Communications Department, to help determine best teams for media pitch and help coordinate media appearances.

 Worked within the action sports group. Including Nike 6.0, ACG, Outerwear and Nike SB. Created inspiration pages and product briefs for design team. Attended, as well as worked with focus groups to gain knowledge of current and upcoming trends to further progress shoe and apparel lines. Assisted in choosing of textile and material swatches for men’s and women’s Nike 6.0 footwear to fit Spring 10’s inspiration of space and surf culture. Gathered apparel samples and helped set up CAD’s and other displays for meetings such as SAMM and RLF. Created racks of each season’s samples for each regional market. Shipped packages of apparel to global regions and athletes when needed for meetings, event or athlete sampling. Attended meetings such as SAMM, RLF, GTM and athlete collaborations.
