Process and underwrite consumer loan and second mortgage applications to comply with company policy. Analyze and recommend best loan programs for customers. Understanding of real estate loans including appraisals, market trends, and property values. Account management abilities with emphasis on problem solving. Collection and control of delinquent accounts. Work with businesses to offer financing for retail needs. Other duties include training of subordinates of policy and procedure, management relief assignments, expense controls, cross selling products and perform other administrative duties. Current licensing includes Colorado Insurance Producer and Mortgage Loan Originator License, Notary Public.
