I work with providers to educate them about the benefits of DFH nutritional supplements and how it can help them grow their practice. The superior quality, rewards program, and service myself and DFH provides sets us apart from others. Other than partnering with those providers already working with DFH, I also cultivate new accounts that are not as familiar with our company. I gain much satisfaction helping providers grow their practice; while they offer nutritional supplements to their patients to live a healthier life. Rookie of the Year- 2019

I facilitated all the new patient exams, patients ready for treatment, and patients ready to start treatment. During some of these appointments I also reviewed all informed consent with patients and parents. I analyzed reports and conducted recalls to meet monthly goals. Also, I was in charge of all the financials in the business which included taking payments from patients, completing payroll for all employees every two weeks, and coordinate all insurance benefits and claims. I focused on AR monthly to reduce the gap. It was fulfilling to have a combination of developing relationships and bringing in business; and overseeing and analyzing the financial aspect of the business.

Calling on dentist to meet their needs and to grow their practice. Be a partner and a business consultant. Grew a scratch territory by continuously following up with my accounts and bringing them value to their practice and patients.

Sold homes to future residents at Shaker Pointe. Scheduled and conducted appointments for future residents, which included a presentation of the community. I was responsible for at least 100 calls to potential leads, and in turn developed relationships with future residents.

I managed a very large territory that spanned from Saratoga Springs to Massena, NY and made at lease 8-10 provider calls a day, provided lunches at meetings, set up and attended speaker programs, and communicated regularly with my team members. Developed many relationships with providers and staff. These relationships and knowledge of my products I was above sales quota for the Actos family of products for many quarters.
