Responsible for managing pay data for 440+employees and payroll processing for US, Canada, UK, UAE, Mexico, Germany, Singapore, Brazil, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, and Australia. Insures that proper policies are in place to meet internal and external audit requirements as well as company reporting requirements. Provides cross training to staff to ensure there is strong back up capabilities. Maintains associate payroll files and accurate record keeping of PTO, benefit deductions, wage garnishment, etc. Process semi monthly payroll for the U.S. and Canada and monthly payroll for all international countries. Responsible for driving systems improvements and system enhancements. Handles exception related payroll queries and provides solutions. Provides custom reports for management and accounting. First point of contact for auditors regarding payroll. Maintains a relationship with third party payroll providers and ensures billing is per the contract. Leverage technology to gain payroll processing efficiency. Handles all aspects of 401K including uploads, non discrimination testing, and audits. Handles workers comp audits.
