When a person helps others it often results in a chain reaction of "paying-it-forward." This is the first step of wellness which results in a healthy ebb and flow of energy. Adding one's effort in performing regularly a chosen physical activity, a overall healthy outcome will soon be evident. This is a truth that motivates me to help others help themselves and, in turn, encourage them to continue the process!
