This involves managing a continuous stream of sourcing efforts across IT skillsets ranging from helpdesk, networking, development (java and .net), database, architects, project management and analysts. We utilize a variety of sources and recruiting techniques to deliver to our clients’ SLA’s and IT resource needs.I am a hands-on leader and enjoy working with top IT talent to understand their job search criteria and help them find the right career opportunity.
