• Maintain a professional relationship with customers• Schedule Closings for Buyer’s and Seller’s • Provide status of the transaction throughout the closing process • Open Title and set up orders• Review and send out Title Commitments to all parties• Order Survey’s and HOA Information• Deposit and post any funds received for files• Order Payoff’s • Complete closing by recording and filing documents, preparing and distributing final closing documents • Close escrow accounts by disbursing the funds• Release Keys• Record Important Documents – Deed, POA’s and other recordable Documents • Close out file and send it to our Policy Department

• Manage paperwork ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately • Serve as a liaison between buyer’s seller’s, agents and lender’s • Scheduling appointments, organize inspections and appraisals• Facilitate deadlines keeping track of important dates throughout the transaction• Administrative support to real estate agents or brokers to streamline the transaction process• Address any issues or concerns that arise during the transaction • Keep accurate records of all transactions for future reference and auditing purposes

• Obtain financial and other needed documentation to complete the loan file • Order documents such as appraisals, VOE, and VOD’s • Communicate with the Loan Officer and Borrower to obtain missing documentation • Review files to make sure information is complete prior to submitting to Underwriting • Clear all conditions• Submit approved files to closing• Prioritize workflow• Communicate with Title Company, Appraisers, and other Vendors• Provide excellent customer service to all parties
