Working with the athletics club community to support and develop safe, sustainable and welcoming clubs, creating vibrant environments for athletes to thrive.Achievements include:- Organisation lead for our Club Leaders Programme working collaboratively with an external partner to provide comprehensive support to volunteers in roles such as Club Chairs, Secretaries, Treasurers, Welfare Officers and other committee positions. Over 100 leaders accessing the national programme within 6 months which includes a blend of webinars, forums, peer mentoring and a range of resources.- Successfully managed a wide range of projects, focused on creating sustainable governance structures in community sports clubs.- Designed and delivered needs-led learning and development programmes to over 100 coaches.- Led the organisation and delivery of club and volunteer workshops, seminars and networking events with over 300 attendances.- Supported over 20 clubs to develop strong business development plans to enable them to meet their strategic priorities.- Established effective relationships with stakeholders to successfully influence strategic priorities at a local and regional level.

Responsible for delivering our national strategy across Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, working directly with a wide range of stakeholders and partners.Responsible for expanding the capacity of the sport by supporting clubs to recruit and retain more volunteers. Lead the delivery of the Local Coach Development Programme across Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, including coordinating and delivering workshops, seminars and forums designed to support coaches development needs. Support Athletics Clubs to run various projects across areas including: governance, funding, recruitment, coaching delivery and welfare.Participation Lead for the South, supporting the development of participation products at a national level.Organised and managed three South Area Coaching Conferences with over 200 coaches attending each event.

Working in collaboration with Kokoro Performance Ltd. to design and deliver a Coach Learning and Development Programme in a freelance consultancy capacity.Specifically this includes:- Developing a coach development framework underpinned by a set of coaching values and behaviours.- Designing and delivering a bespoke learning and development programme.- Creating a set of resources to support the development and performance of contracted coaches.- Delivering a blended learning approach to the delivery of training.- Delivering individual training needs analysis with individual coaches and performance development plans.- Supporting the development of a Safeguarding Policy and Procedure.
