Designs and executes Falmouth Academy's strategic communications—internal and external—to support the school’s mission and strengthen its good standing and continued regional growth through data-driven admissions marketing and brand management; multi-media content creation and storytelling across platforms, including website, digital campaigns, social media, publications, newsletters, press engagement; and public relations/crisis communications. FA DEI Faculty Alliance founding member (2019-), Social & Environmental Justice Conference Coordinator (2021-), FA DEI Community Education Faculty Representative (2022-), Woods Hole Diversity Advisory Committee (DAC) member (2021-), and DAC Black History Month Coordinator (2023).

Developed and implemented admissions and enrollment-management strategies to attract and retain students in pre-K through 8th-grade to Waldorf’s unique child-centered holistic pedagogy through clear on-brand communications and targeted mission-aligned marketing. Maintained descriptive and predictive enrollment statistics to inform recruitment, enrollment, and retention. Led a comprehensive rebranding campaign resulting in a new website, logo, taglines, talking points, marketing collateral, and advertising strategy. Initiated strategic social media presence. Migrated the school to Google Suite and MailChimp.

Taught an online asynchronous upper-level course to undergraduates pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Maternal and Child Health about unanticipated outcomes related to pregnancy and birth events including infertility, perinatal loss, childbirth interventions, racial disparities, and epigenetics.

Assisted clients with scoping projects and drafting proposals to meet their needs. Shepherded project through completion by coordinating team efforts to meet milestones, and communicating effectively with team members and clients to manage expectations and workload successfully through delivery. Projects included website design, web support, blog, and newsletter writing.

Managed a municipal police force responsible for upholding city ordinances governing public spaces around safety, sanitation, and health codes. Increased public awareness and compliance through community education and outreach. Streamlined revenue-collection process by implementing better tracking and enhanced accountability. Adjudicate health code violations, as needed. Served on the Inspectional Services Emergency Response Team and was a Departmental Manager on Call.

Implemented the mayoral initiative to increase available affordable housing stock for low-income residents by amending the permitting process in collaboration with other city agencies, elected officials, developers, NGOs, and community groups. Orchestrated public education campaigns and served as the department’s media spokesperson on affordable housing.

Provided front-line constituent support to residents of Boston's diverse neighborhood of Jamaica Plain. Worked with other municipal agencies, city departments, elected officials, civic associations, and neighborhood groups to address issues. Represented the city on community matters before licensing authorities, the Zoning Board of Appeals, neighborhood council meetings, and community events. Prepared weekly briefings and talking points for the mayor and the chief policy advisor on neighborhood issues.

Supported patients, families, and caregivers, often in crisis, through pastoral counseling, patient advocacy, and staff support. Served as a member of the interdisciplinary care team. Presided over interfaith worship and memorial events. Facilitated a monthly pediatric intern support group and an annual retreat. Taught professional development classes in patient relations, and effective workplace communication. Moderate team meetings around critical care issues and ethics.

Designed and led a school-wide service-learning program for 700 students. Created and implemented a training curriculum for all student leaders to promote, self-awareness, courage, respect, empathy, and gratitude. Led faculty and student retreats, planned monthly worship services, and designed social justice awareness campaigns and community events. Empowered young women through faith formation and service.
