Temenos acquired Kony in September 2019 - reported directly to the President, Americas as part of executive team. Involved in M&A activity including due diligence, finance and system integrations, working capital settlement and sales enablement. Completed transition of non-banking business to HCL.

Completed successful acquisition by Temenos for $580m. Responsible for leading all accounting functions for global enterprise software company with $100m+ in revenue. Supervised a team of 35, including 25 in a shared service center in India. Activities included financial reporting, cash forecasting, 409a valuation, audits, customer contracts, implementation of new revenue recognition standard, equity tracking/accounting and investor reporting. Led due diligence and integration of Pivotus acquisition.

Entered company following purchase by Private Equity firm to transform from a consumer website to an enterprise SaaS offering. Prepared investor and board reporting, attended board meetings and responsible for all finance, accounting, HR, legal and office operations functions.

Troux was acquired by Planview on June 1, 2015. In charge of transition of Troux finance, legal, and human resources after Planview acquisition of Troux including final working capital adjustments and purchase price accounting. Lead the Netsuite software implementation for international company with 27 legal entities, including 40+ hours of Netsuite administrator training, business process mapping sessions, business requirements document, system configuration, user training, user testing, data migration and integration with other systems (Salesforce, Avalara, Concur and Adaptive).

In charge of accounting and HR for company with foreign operations. Also involved in contracts and legal, including customer contract negotiations. Was heavily involved in the acquisition of Troux by Planview.

Came in as contractor through vcfo, with contract bought out by Motive within 6 months. Worked on IPO, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, SEC reporting, international consolidations, equity accounting, revenue recognition and commissions. Assisted CFO, Director of Investor Relations, and Internal General Counsel on various projects.

First Controller for start-up founded by Dell alumni. Set up all accounting, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting systems, credit card processing, and made to order configurator.

Completed Series A and B funding by Sun Microsystems and venture capital firms, and completed due diligence for successful acquisition at end of 2002. Set up all financial reporting systems, benefit and option plans, and internal operations needed at start-up. In charge of all accounting, IT, HR and administrative functions, and acted as Secretary of Board of Directors. Reviewed and negotiated contracts with customers and vendors.
