• Accurate and timely completion of income tax returns and financial products.• Verify data to source documents provided from members, third parties, and from other departments.• Ensure taxation submissions are completed in accordance with FBC quality standards and government tax legislation.• Contact FBC Members and Canadian Revenue Agency by telephone and email.• Analyze specialized enhanced financial statements.• Update Member information using proprietary ATOM software.• Perform clerical duties of filing, packaging, and mailing FBC products.

• Obtain supporting documentation as backup for posting journal entries in Qbyte (including AP, AR, and GST entries).• Create wire payments up to $100K using RBC Express.• Prepare daily bank deposit in Qbyte and deposit cheques to the bank up to $700K using RBC Express.• Maintain transaction log of monthly cash inflows & outflows made to various bank accounts through completion of a daily export from RBC.• Verify all transactions throughout the current accounting month are entered in Qbyte.• Assist in preparation of GST reconciliations.• File corporate GST/HST returns online with Canada Revenue Agency.• Scanning and filing of documents for Human Resources and Corporate Accounting teams.
