- Providing freelance graphics & textile designer for both Cotton On Body and Cotton On Womenswear; working both remotely and in-office- Trend development and creation of concepts and ideas- Working within license graphics; from trend concept to finished artwork stage

- Administrative support to the Sales Team- Contract exchange and settlement coordination and administration- Preparation of in house documentation, such as advertising, marketing, social media and reporting- Uploading and updating online sales listings- Manage property/agent marketing and advertising campaigns- Database management- Client relationship and management- Front desk duties

- Providing commercial artwork across all categories (swim, active, intimates, sleep and accessories) and a professional creative service- Building license ranges and working closely with buyers and license team to execute trend-focused product- Producing quality placement and yardage repeats and ability to draw and design products from scratch- Knowledge of current colour, print and fashion trends; constant research of current trends, including social, print, colour and garment- Maintaining team admin at an efficient level- Development of new garment labels to be used throughout the entire brand- Ability to follow and take responsibility of design briefs; working both autonomously and as part of a team whilst managing a high work load in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment- Providing finished artwork specs for suppliers including various print techniques and referencing Pantone colour- Assisting in training new team members and stepping up to help manage our textile department when staff shortages occurred

- Solely providing all brand categories (footwear and accessories) with finished artwork; from creative development phase to finalised specs- Producing quality placement prints, yardage repeats and ability to draw and design products from scratch- Ability to follow briefs, work autonomously and manage a high work load whilst working in a fast-paced environment- Providing finished artwork specs for suppliers including various print techniques and referencing Pantone colour- Designing artwork for the Cotton On Foundation; from concepts to finished art and specs.
