This position was a part of the ‘Next Step Accommodation Programme’, following the ‘Everybody In’ project which took street homeless people off the streets during Covid. The scheme provided housing and then I worked with individuals to help them rebuild their lives. My role extended across Devon as I assisted the projects start-up, matched support workers with clients and built a network of support for the individuals. Furthermore, I started engagement groups at a housing facility, where multiple agencies could attend for networking possibilities and group meetings.
