Work with the Clinical Operations team to provide guidance related to clinical feature development and enhancements, and initiate, facilitate, and proactively manage research and development efforts, so as to optimize the clinical content of VirtualHealth’s Helios platform.Interface with new and existing clients to understand operational issues and regulatory requirements, identify opportunities for system improvements, and strategize software and workflow solutions.

• Researched, developed, and coordinated the release of over 50 evidence-based clinical decision tools on MDCalc’s website and mobile app.• Conducted rigorous alpha testing of new content prior to launches, and continually reviewed and updated the accuracy of existing content to reflect the latest clinically-relevant and externally-validated research.• Performed an analysis of MDCalc’s existing portfolio of diagnostic tools to determine use cases and to integrate and optimize new and existing content.• Supported new content strategy focused on aggregating research, resources, and diagnostic tools to be used by providers across the continuum of care for COPD.
